Revit-ing Up Tools for Building System Designs

ESD Digital Practice Leader Samir Abdelmawla will be presenting at Digital Built Week Americas 2023 later this month in Dallas, Texas.

Abdelmawla’s presentation, “The Arsenal of Revit Tools for the MEP Team,” is slated to show how new design tools can automate some of the tedious repeated tasks involved in building information modeling (BIM). He will showcase commercial BIM software, Autodesk Revit, which is widely used by architects, structural engineers, designers, contractors, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers.

Abdelmawla is expected to showcase some of the latest improvements and added features to the software designed to increase efficiency as well as quality check and model health in the 3D models.

Registration is open for the June 15 – 17 event sponsored by the Digital Built Environment Institute.

Samir Abdelmawla freely shares his industry experience and expertise in forums such as this to further ESD’s mission to improve society through the built environment.
