Our founder, Hem Gupta, stepped into the opportunity and developed an electrical design solution that has become a standard applied to the design and construction of high-rise office buildings to this day. Mr. Gupta’s energy, curiosity, and kindness are embodied in our corporate values of respect everyone, work hard, and play to win while shaping our mission to improve society through the built environment.

We offer comprehensive individual, + partner, and family health plans, as well as options to cover vision, dental, and mental health. You can also get your gym membership subsidized. Or start a Health Savings Account (HSA) and begin saving to cover anticipated medical expenses now or after retiring.

ESD offers a 401k plan with a generous corporate matching contribution, a pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to put toward medical and/or transportation expenses, long-term disability plans, tuition reimbursement, and eligibility for a company bonus program.
