The Navistar Corporate Headquarters project, receives the 2011 24th Annual Awards for Excellence, Redevelopment of the Year Award, from NAIOP Chicago. The award recognizes Navistar (owner), Partners By Design (architect), Duke Realty (contractor), and ESD (engineer).
