ESD CEO Zac House discussed the thinking behind ESD’s move to the Willis Tower in the article “Chicago’s Willis Tower – Repositioned and Ready for the Future” published by Work Design Magazine.
“It was time to provide a workspace that was more conducive to the way we work now and provide a better environment for our people,” House explained. Since relocating in April, House said the company has seen “a lot more collaboration among the engineers” and that many have taken advantage of the building amenities, such as the gym facility.
