Senior Managing Director
Keith Seier is the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President at ESD and is responsible for risk management, governance, training and strategic planning. He has expertise in high-rise building and high-performance building design and renovations. He is a Professional Engineer who is certified by both CPD and by ARCSA.
