As part of the larger redevelopment of Chicago Union Station and additional adjacent real estate owned by Amtrak, this project adds a new landmark office tower and major public space to the city. The program consists of 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space with market-leading amenities, two levels of underground parking, and an adjacent 1.5-acre public park.

ESD provided design-build services, bridging design with enhanced construction administration services, including peer review, submittal review, and field review services, which provided an economical delivery method while retaining the benefit of ESD support and oversight through construction.
