10-30 South Wacker Drive Lobby Repositioning and Expansion

Project Location:  10-30 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois

The intention of the repositioning and expansion of the existing lobby connecting 10 and 30 South Wacker Drive was to create a memorable destination with timeless appearance and improved working circulation.

Highlights of our involvement include the following:

• Upgraded and extended lobby air handling systems to accommodate expanded footprint
• Analyzed several different options for Energy Code compliance that allowed the owner to achieve the custom glazing performance and construction needed to make the project feasible
• Coordinated custom electric baseboard trench installation detail to meet project’s aesthetic goals while maintaining equipment safety certification
