Quality Assurance (QA) is our process for systematic monitoring and evaluation of design to meet defined standards of quality. This includes reviewing concept design before major production begins and sharing lessons learned after a project is completed.
Quality Control (QC) is our system of control measures including periodic quality reviews during the production of construction documents. Our goal is to produce construction documents that meet our industry’s stringent standard of care.
