Zelazny to Host Tours of Pace-Setting 151 North Franklin Building

It’s always fun to tour a building that has made history.

In Chicago, 151 North Franklin recently became the nation’s first WELL-certified Core & Shell v1 Gold high-rise. Tim Zelazny will provide a tour to the local WELL Community to discuss the strategies pursued and the lessons learned as the project’s WELL AP on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m.

151 North Franklin is ESD’s first WELL project as the lead WELL AP and third project as the WELL MEP Engineer.
