A professional certification proves that an individual has a solid grasp of a topic and can share that knowledge with clients.
Tim Zelazny was recently awarded two certifications: Building Enclosure Cx Process Provider (BECxP) and the Accredited Cx Authority + Building Enclosure (CxA+BE).
These certifications supplement his previous certifications as a CPHC (Certified Passive House Consultant) and Registered Architect. The first certification (BECxP) demonstrates knowledge of building science, and the second certification (CxA+BE) demonstrates command of the commissioning process.
Tim’s other certifications include Well Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and LEED AP BD+C. Tim’s overall focus is to help buildings achieve higher levels of sustainability and wellness.
