Weighing Options for Certified Building Health

WELL Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel Certification, RESET, UL Verified, LEED, and more—which is the best choice for your building?

As companies gear up to return workers to in-person workspaces, greater attention is being focused on the health and wellness of office environments. But as owners seek to offer tenants verifiable evidence that their facilities are safe, many wonder which building certification is most appropriate.

On Tuesday, May 18, Tim Zelazny and Zachary Litwin will be presenting at BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Suburban Chicago, a webinar titled “Building Health Certifications: Which One Is Best for Your Building?” Zelazny and Litwin will be reviewing some of the many building-health certification programs and how they can be leveraged to help restore confidence and trust in building safety to returning tenants, visitors, and staff.

Tim Zelazny, Senior Envelope + Healthy Buildings Specialist, and Zachary Litwin, Energy and Sustainability Technician, bring a passion for energy and sustainability consulting for new and existing buildings. Tim and Zachary share their expert knowledge to further ESD’s mission to improve society.

If you have any questions regarding the WELL Health-Safety Rating, LEED Certification, or other building certification programs, reach out to Tim or Zachary.
