The State Emergency Operations Center project, receives the 2008 Distinguished Building Institutional Award, Special Recognition, from the AIA Chicago, at the 53rd annual Designight event. The award recognizes Illinois Capital Development Board (owner), DeStefano and Partners (architect), River City Construction (contractor), and ESD (consultant).
