Innovation is constant – especially with building technology and automation.
That was one of the messages delivered by Jim Vallort during his presentation “How Technology and Automation Are Changing the Built Environment” to a joint ASHRAE, AIA and IFMA audience of 150 in Kansas City this week. Vallort also discussed how artificial intelligence and automation are the future and how the role of the design engineer is becoming more involved with consulting than ever before.
