Motorola Mobility became the largest tenant in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart in 2014, and since then it has been racking up the awards for its 600,000 sf office and lab space. As of June 2015, the LEED Platinum space has recieved the following awards:
- Chicago Creative Space’s >75,000 sf Award
- Project of the Year in 2014 from CoreNet REAL Awards
- Best Project of 2014 – Interior Design / Tenant Improvements from ENR Midwest
- Excellence in Engineering Award from ASHRAE’s Illinois Chapter
