Why don’t sprinkler systems work as intended? Human activity (or lack of it) often is behind a malfunctioning sprinkler system.

Eric Lee explains why it’s crucial for building owners and facility managers to stay on top of their sprinkler systems during an interview for the article “How to Make Sure Fire Sprinklers Remain Functional” in Building Operating Management magazine. “A regular program of sprinkler inspection, testing and maintenance helps to identify deficiencies so they can be corrected,” he explains.
