Kos to Discuss Rush’s Pandemic-Ready Design on CTBUH Panel

The architecture, engineering and construction industry – commonly known as AEC – is having to adapt quickly to the pandemic, especially in the area of healthcare.

ESD healthcare expert Craig Kos will offer insights on the virtual panel “Agile AEC” hosted by CTBUH Chicago on Tuesday, April 28 at noon Central Time. The panel will explore real-time innovation taking place in Chicago’s AEC community to fight COVID-19.

Kos will focus on ESD’s role in developing Rush University Medical Center‘s pandemic-ready design after 9/11. The project provided ingenious design solutions for public health in times of extraordinary need.
