Building relationships are a serious part of business, and there are fun ways to develop them.
For four years, we’ve held a hot yoga event followed by brunch at my apartment in Chicago with clients and ESD employees. It’s a great, enjoyable way for our team to spend time with clients. The two dozen of us end up having such a good time that we joke the event should be called “Detox, Retox.”
Building relationships is one of ESD’s core values. I can’t transfer the relationships I’ve made over the years to others; the key is for our employees to build an authentic relationship with clients. Thanks to hot yoga and brunch, they do.
