Optimizing the value of assets is crucial to building owners. Building management teams must figure out how to reduce operating costs and increase revenue to help make this happen.
Raj Gupta addressed these issues during his presentation “Applying Technology in Buildings: How to be Proactive in a Reactive World” to CBRE’s Asset Services Team in Chicago. He explained how the application of new technologies provides an opportunity to bolster profit while describing how building management teams can make proactive and effective recommendations. Gupta also explained how ESD’s Define/Design/Deliver approach is a proven method of improving employee engagement in commercial office buildings.
“It was a pleasure addressing CBRE’s Asset Services Team,” Gupta said. “This impressive group of people manages over 50 million square feet of property in the Chicago area.”
