Through its rating systems, LEED is dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and sustainable site development in structures, among other green benefits.
ESD – which has enjoyed a history of helping to define LEED ratings — has helped three Capital One projects gain LEED certification recently. In a project that spanned many floors in San Francisco, Capital One procured a Gold certification. In Chicago, one Capital One floor earned a Gold certification while another one grabbed a Silver certification.
Capital One’s Loop space in Chicago was also a finalist in the Crain’s Chicago Business Coolest Offices contest in 2016.
