Getting Specific About Data and Facility Security

ESD Senior Security Consultant and Studio Leader Coleman Wolf answers questions about the latest facility security trends and where the industry is headed.

Wolf was recently featured in Specifically Speaking, a monthly Q&A column published by Security Systems News to discuss facility security. Wolf says, “With the level of cyber threats our clients are facing, it has become critical to be proactive in addressing the concerns, and they look to our expertise and our long experience with these building infrastructure systems to deliver guidance and solutions.”

He also pointed to the recently completed Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall as a prime example of how design solutions were used to address complex features to deliver “an amazing facility but also one that is future ready.” According to Wolf, that future includes emerging technologies related to artificial intelligence and building control systems.

Coleman Wolf shares his knowledge from over 25 years of security management and security engineering experience to promote ESD’s mission to improve society through the built environment.
