Five ESD Projects Selected as Coolest Offices by Crain’s

“What makes an office cool in 2017 is about more than aesthetics. It has just as much to do with options and openness,” says Crain’s Chicago Business.

ESD is on board with this assessment. In fact, five ESD projects – McDermott Will & Emery (ranked No. 1), International Interior Design Association, the Chicago Cubs, KPMG and Capital One – were part of Crain’s 15 Coolest Offices in Chicago.

ESD provided a variety of consulting engineering services for these spaces, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology and sustainability.
