ESD’s New Living Lab Profiled in Top Real Estate Publication

ESD’s new headquarters in the Willis Tower received rave reviews in a recent article.

“It’s packed with technological advancements to not only make the workplace more inviting for ESD staff, but to serve as a living lab that they can draw upon when consulting with clients,” wrote Matt Baker in “Smarter spaces: ESD’s new Chicago office is a living lab” for RE Journals.

The article cites a number of the office’s attractions, from sensor-laden LED lights to sit/stand desks to a cutting-edge conference room scheduling and analytics platform.  Summing up the importance of the new headquarters, Baker writes, “it allows the decades-old firm to future-proof its own operations, and better position itself for the decades to come.”
