As co-working spaces increase in popularity, ESD has gotten heavily involved in their engineering design.
Most recently, ESD provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design for Industrious in Madison, Wis. With 20,000 square feet of offices, “Industrious offers an upscale, industrial-chic version of co-working,” according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
ESD has worked with Industrious, a nationwide firm, on projects in Chicago, Minneapolis and San Francisco, among other spots.
