ESD was thrilled in 2016 when we received the Special Achievement of the Year Award at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner for our work on UI Labs.
Fast-forward one year to the exact same ceremony, which features nearly 2,000 industry executives. Though repeats there are few, we struck again, as our mHUB project won the Special Achievement of the Year Award.
ESD’s High Performance Buildings Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection and fire-alarm services for the building on Chicago Avenue. The non-profit is Chicago’s first innovation center focused on physical product development and manufacturing.
For the second year in a row, ESD also captured the Consulting Engineer of the Year Award.
Proceeds from the event, held at the Hilton Chicago, are earmarked for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
