Now, Hickory Farms is setting up shop in Chicago. The 65-year-old firm best known for its sausage-and-cheese gift packages is moving into space at 311 S. Wacker, only a few steps from ESD’s global headquarters. ESD provided mechanical. electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the firm, which is moving from Toledo, Ohio.
In fact, ESD has long been familiar with 311 S. Wacker. The company has worked with every tenant that has moved into the high-rise space since it opened in 1988.
