When a new building arises in Chicago’s Loop, there’s a great chance ESD is involved with its engineering.
That’s the case with 150 N. Riverside, a 54-story building that recently opened. ESD conducted mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection and technology consulting engineering for a number of tenants, including William Blair & Co., Savills Studley, The Pritzker Organization, Polsinelli LLP and others. The building itself features more than 1 million square feet of rentable space and is LEED Gold Certified.
