To that point, ESD is sponsoring the ASHRAE Golden Gate Seminar “Meeting the Challenge of Zero Net Energy Nonresidential Buildings by 2030” on Wednesday, October 19. The zero net energy principle is a way to reduce carbon emissions and lessen dependence on fossil fuels. Aliza Skolnik of ESD’s San Francisco office will attend the seminar.
