ESD Duo to Discuss Chicago’s New Energy Rating System

Starting this year, Chicago is enforcing the first citywide publicly posted energy rating for each building.

Samantha Davidson and Marie Curatolo will discuss this major change when they present the BOMA Chicago Lunch & Learn Seminar “ENERGY STAR Update & New City of Chicago Energy Rating System” in Chicago on Wednesday, March 20. Attendees will learn about benchmarking using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and the recent updates, the details of the new City of Chicago Energy Rating System and how to improve the ENERGY STAR and City of Chicago Energy Rating.
