ESD Client Slack Earns Top Office Achievement

Every tech firm wants a collaborative work environment, but Slack had a different model in mind for its San Francisco office.

Through the application of its mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services, ESD helped Slack achieve its vision for the 180,000-square-foot space. Using the natural landscape as inspiration, designers achieved a wide range of visual and experiential variety without sacrificing cohesion.

The result? Slack earned first place in the Commercial (Built) category in the Rethinking the Future Awards 2020. The 9th annual awards encompass architecture, construction and design.
