ESD Board Recognized for Excellence

 Named among the Private Company Boards of the Year, ESD joins an elite list of private companies being honored.

In its sixth annual award ceremony, Private Company Director magazine presented ESD with a Private Company Boards of the Year Award. ESD was among other top private company boards recognized for exemplary service to stakeholders, including owners, shareholders, employees, and the community.

Executive Chairman Raj Gupta accepted on behalf of ESD in a video presented at the Private Company Governance Summit 2021.
