James Dipping discussed the importance of proper equipment in “10 Steps to Advanced Water Efficiency” in Building Operating Management magazine. “If your building has a commercial kitchen or laundry, you should look at buying efficient equipment that saves energy and water,” he said. Dipping also recommended looking at hot water recirculating systems for new construction and for major renovations.
