ESD is happy to announce two new hires in our Dallas office, as our expansion in the Southwest market continues its strong pace.
Senior Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer Richard DeForest’s skills include HVAC/Plumbing design as well as energy analysis. Armed with decades of knowledge to evaluate and design projects, his laser focus separates him from others.
“Richard is a leave-no-stone-unturned engineer who asks the right questions at the right time,” noted Antwain George, Operations Director of the Dallas office.
“I focus on overall first cost and operational cost, along with the client’s needs and comfort,” said Richard, who has already worked on the McKesson corporate office relocation and other projects for the Dallas office.
Senior Commissioning Engineer Eduardo Gonzalez-Lloret — who possesses vast commissioning experience — has worked on a project with a data-center client and others for ESD. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Project Engineer/Manager at FLUOR Enterprise and as a Commissioning Engineer/Project Lead at Sebesta Blomberg & Associates.
“His experience allows the ESD Texas commissioning team to tap into healthcare, commercial market demands and other areas in Texas,” George said.
