Cx Lessons Learned Lead to Time Savings

Large data center projects have multiple, parallel commissioning processes occurring simultaneously, and pressures driven by the cost of delayed turnover tend to shorten timelines.

Joshua Gepner explains how the Commissioning (Cx) team can learn from challenges encountered on these projects and turn them into process improvements down the road in “Putting Data Center Commissioning Lessons Learned into Practice In Real Time” for Mission Critical magazine. Gepner points out when a Cx team can slow down just enough to recognize and capitalize on these initial lessons learned, the Cx process will benefit in significant time savings, which will minimize retesting and rework.
