Since high-performance buildings are becoming more prevalent, it’s always interesting to hear what experts in the field have to say about them.
Dave Clute, part of ESD’s Intelligent Building Practice, joined other specialists in an MEP Roundtable entitled “High Expectations for High-Performance Buildings” in the most recent issue of Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine. Clute talked about how the No. 1 trend he sees is “clients’ desire to deliver economic, environmental and experiential outcomes” in the space, while offering insights on other matters.
