Studying the building's historical energy consumption, current weather data, facility location and orientation, architectural building constraints, past and present utility bills, and exisitng mechanical systems, a building information model was created specific to the U.S. Bank Plaza facility. The model allowed for precise assessment of building functions and provided ULI with a tool for heightened decision-making.
