When one is an expert in a field, it’s no surprise to be chosen to consult for a large organization on the topic of his or her expertise.
Julide Demirdoven – who speaks on and teaches courses about Building Information Design (BIM) – has been selected as an ASHRAE consultant for a BIM research group who will work on the proposal “Standardizing and Utilizing ASHRAE Online BIM Data Exchange Protocols.” She will participate in online and face-to-face focus group meetings at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago as she conducts her research.
