BOMA Webinar Focuses on WELL Certification

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Chicago event will address questions about safely re-entering spaces in a post-COVID-19 environment.

On Tuesday, April 13, Tim Zelazny will be part of a panel discussion focusing on building health and safety certification in a virtual event hosted by BOMA Chicago. Registration is open for “The WELL Health-Safety Rating & What You Need to Know” webinar and is free to all BOMA Chicago and Illinois Green Alliance members.

Obtaining a WELL Health-Safety Rating offers evidence-based, third-party verification of proper maintenance protocols and emergency plans for new and existing buildings. WELL promotes indoor safety by examining 22 features across five core areas including cleaning and sanitation, emergency preparedness, health service resources, air and water quality management, and stakeholder engagement.

If you have any questions regarding the WELL Health-Safety Rating, reach out to Tim.
