Zelazny to Discuss Innovative WELL Project During Webinar

In 2019, 151 North Franklin became the nation’s first WELL-certified Core & Shell v1 Gold high-rise.

Tim Zelazny of ESD’s Energy+Eco team will lead the Illinois Green Alliance webinar “151 North Franklin: WELL and LEED Case Study” on Tuesday, May 19 at 12:30 p.m. CT. The webinar will highlight the value of WELL, explain how it overlapped with LEED on this project and examine the on-site testing results. ESD served as the WELL consultant, LEED consultant and MEP engineer on the project.
