Vallort to Give Two Talks at CNY Conference

Jim Vallort is in New York to share his expertise. Not in Manhattan, where ESD just opened a new office – he’s upstate in Syracuse.

Vallort will offer two presentations at the 16th annual CNY Engineering Expo in Syracuse, N.Y. on Monday, Nov. 4. One is called “Intelligent Buildings – Technology is Changing What Is Possible in the Built Environment,” where he will explain how a building can be put on a path to a “higher education.” The other is “Critical Facilities New Construction Commissioning and Existing Building Commissioning.”

The ESD Managing Director and former ASHRAE vice president travels the globe to give talks at ASHRAE events. Last year, he shared his knowledge in Singapore and Manila, while in 2017, he visited Greece, Cyprus and India along with many cities in the United States. Vallort is one of 70 or so speakers that ASHRAE sends around the world to share their knowledge.
