ESD Opens Office in New York; Ryann Menges to Lead Growth

For many years, ESD – an international leader in the engineering design of high-performance buildings, mission critical facilities and workplaces – has worked on projects in New York City. This month, we opened an office there to serve a growing number of clients on the East Coast.

Ryann Menges was tapped by ESD’s leadership to launch, lead and grow the firm’s Manhattan office. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and started her career in San Francisco before joining ESD in Chicago. While at ESD, Ryann has focused on tenant interior projects for financial clients with sophisticated infrastructure needs.

“I am very excited for this opportunity to expand ESD’s East Coast presence in the nation’s financial capital,” she said. “New York City attracts the most ambitious companies in the world. We are ready to embrace the city’s energy and work hard to make an impact here.”

To contact Ryann, please call 212 601 4801 or reach out to her at 2 Park Avenue, Suite 2047, New York, New York 10016.
