The Intelligent Building platform is making buildings more efficient, secure and productive.
Jim Vallort will present “Intelligent Buildings: Technology Is Changing What Is Possible in the Built Environment” during the ASHRAE Region IX 2018 Chapters Regional Conference in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which takes place Aug. 2-4. He will explain how a building can be put on a path to a “higher education.”
The ESD Chief of Services and former ASHRAE vice president travels the globe to give talks at ASHRAE events. This year, he has shared his knowledge in Singapore and Manila, while in 2017, he visited Greece, Cyprus and India along with many cities in the United States. Vallort is one of 70 or so speakers that ASHRAE sends around the world to share their knowledge.
