ESD has always seen great value in giving back to the community. Recently, one employee offered insights to high school girls who visited the iconic Willis Tower, site of ESD’s headquarters.
Maggie McNamara spent a few hours during her busy workday participating in a Leader to Leader event held by Girls in the Game on July 18. Girls in the Game is a Chicago charity that promotes health and leadership in young girls through sports. Part of its program is to host Leader to Leader events with high school girls who are part of a program that allows teens to lead workshops for younger girls across the city. The Leader to Leader interviews allow them to gain insight into careers and companies they normally don’t get to see.
