ESD Consulting and UL to Discuss Data Center Certification Program

As the data center industry grows, mitigating operational risk is essential. One way to do it is by providing a way to certify data centers.

Paul Schlattman of ESD and Carlos Pacheco of UL will present  “Case Study: Inside UL’s Data Center Certification Program” at CAPRE’s Fifth Annual Washington, D.C. & Mid-Atlantic Data Center Summit in Ashburn, Virginia on September 13. The duo will discuss UL requirements for certification, infrastructure requirements and other topics. ESD was selected by UL in 2016 to help develop a new data center certification program to certify data centers internationally.
