One of the first services ESD Consulting created was Data Center Development Services (DCDS). This service integrates design concepts, construction estimating and real estate pro forma development.
Since then, ESD Consulting has performed DCDS for scores of clients – in fact, it just surpassed 500+ MW nationwide.

The first big client was Digital Realty in Franklin Park, Illinois, where DCDS was involved in the development of a 775,000-sf data center campus – a project that’s in its last phase today. Since launching, ESD Consulting has added Mergers & Acquisitions, Total Cost of Ownership, Technology Migration and other services.
