Randall Ehret provides support to Technical Authorities and engineering staff to minimize risk on projects. He directs initiatives focused on improving quality and staff development. He has provided electrical infrastructure design for projects such as the Prentice Women’s Hospital and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago when he worked in the High Performance Buildings group.

Randy embraces technical design challenges and contributes to commissioning services, such as new hospital blackout testing. Randy is highly regarded as a speaker, presenting at national conventions such as ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering) and for regional professional organizations such as BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). He is a board member of I2SL (International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories).
