Senior Commissioning Authority
As senior commissioning authority, Aleksandr Brehm is responsible for providing the technical design of projects as a subject matter expert, mentor, and resource to the technical team. He leads and directs the work of commissioning team members of ESD and conceptualizes, executes, and ensures quality throughout the design and construction process to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
