When United Airlines moved out of their offices at 77 West Wacker, our client saw the opportunity to move into a mostly finished corporate space. While the high-end finishes of the previous tenant were maintained during the renovation, our client required minor changes to the office layout to meet their business needs and align the new space with their corporate culture. Executive offices were transformed into more open and collaborative environments. Power and technology infrastructure upgrades were made to support risk management practices. All systems are now monitored by an independent automation system to integrate efficient operation and maintenance practices.
The office space received Green Globe sustainability certification, adding value and credibility to their sustainably designed and operated space. Their choice to reuse a lot of the existing finishes allowed them to move into their offices more quickly and focus their efforts on transforming the space into the collaborative workspace their business practices require.
