The Streeter Place Buildings are luxury residence and mixed-use high-rises containing approximately 480 units in each building, ground floor retail, pool, fitness center, business center, and parking garage. The luxury residential development features upgraded lighting fixtures and wiring for high-speed internet access in apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Due to the initial project planning phases, the Streeter Buildings are equipped with these luxury amenities and operate appropriately to attract their target tenants.
Risk management for speculative developments begins before the physical development of the building.
