This year, ESD has worked with OCC, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization, on two large office spaces. In Chicago, ESD helped assist OCC in making the decision to move to 105,000 square feet at The Franklin, a Class A office complex. In Dallas, ESD is helping to develop 47,000 square feet of new office space at Cypress Waters, which should be ready sometime in the spring of 2017.
