New Hires in Dallas Ready to Shine

Please join us in welcoming our three newest employees in Dallas.

Danny Gipson has come aboard as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer. His experience includes managing the electrical portion of a renovation at DFW Airport Terminal B (which supports almost 50 gates) and working on a 240,000-square-foot project at the Department of Justice Data Center in Dallas.

Iryna Newberg, an Electrical Project Engineer, has worked on commercial and industrial projects for major companies such as Halliburton. She produces electrical design drawings quickly, once issuing 40 within a two-week deadline. She worked as a civil engineer earlier in her career.

Carolyn Cooper, also an Electrical Project Engineer, has managed a number of complex projects across the globe. She is well-versed in power system design, study analysis, commissioning and more. Her Texas credentials include stints with ExxonMobil in Houston and Eaton in Dallas.

Beyond welcoming our new hires, the Texas office is poised to share more of its expertise at top-notch events. Jason McCargo will be part of an all-star panel getting together to discuss “Dallas Workplace of the Future: Development & Design for the Next Generation” on Thursday, July 28 at the Hilton Anatole beginning at 7:30 a.m. The ESD-sponsored gathering put on by Bisnow will tackle different strategies for attracting tenants, office design trends and more.

And speaking of offices: Please come visit us at 545 East John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 300 in Irving or call (972) 719-9024 to chat.
